5. I should be grateful to know that addressees are generally happy with this proposal. Sec(0)(C) will, in due course, circulate copies of the consolidated written briefs to all briefing team members; we will also be happy to undertake the drafting of speaking notes upon which AUS(DS) could draw in opening each session. I should also be grateful to know whether AUS ( DS) wishes to hold rehearsals for the briefings: if so, possibly an hour or so immediately before each session might be appropriate.
