I am sorry that, by the nature of the visit, more complex arrangements than usual are necessary. But we are confident that they will make for the most effective co-ordinated presentation during a visit which is short and in which we need to get under the guard of a purely party leader with some ideological blinkers and a Vice-Premier whose only extended experience outside China was in the USSR.
