there is value in having a leading representative of

Hong Kong at the dinner, in addition to Sir Y K Pao,

who is already on the list. As Sir S Y Chung will be

in London we agree that it would be worth adding him to

the list. However, we see no need also to include

Miss Lydia Dunn since we understand that she will not be

in London at the time and to seek to persuade (senior
