Magistrate.

decide (related to St Helena Council Committee

Ascension and

Tristan da Cunha:

In Ascension Island and Tristan da Cunha executive

and legislative powers are exercised by the

Governor of St Helena. An Administrator resides.

On Tristan da Cunha the Advisory

Island Council comprises Administrator, 3

appointed members and 8 elected members.

For Anguilla, Bermuda, Montserrat and BVI Ministers are appointed from the elected and nominated members of the legislature on the

advice of the Chief Minister/Premier.
