INSTRUCTIONS

Problem

1.

To amend the Letters Patent and Royal Instructions:

(i)

to provide that land grants should no longer be made

in the name of the Queen;

(ii) to enable bilingual laws to be made in Hong Kong.

Recommendation

2.

I recommend that Mr Renton authorise the submission
