Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Fire Services (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1986.

Section 25 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) in paragraph (ƒ), by inserting after "contractors" the following-

"and fees to be charged in relation thereto"; and

(b) by inserting after paragraph (h) the following paragraph—

“(ha) fees or charges payable in respect of carrying into effect the provisions of the Ordinance (other than provisions relating to the discharge of any duty imposed by law on the Fire Services Depart- ment), whether similar or not to any matter mentioned in this section;".
