(report) The left-wing Wen Wei Po and Ta Kung Pao published part one of the report on local views on the Basic Law compiled by BLDC secretariat. It set out nine proposals on the structure of the Basic Law as well as a 15-point opinion sections.
(report) Some papers said BLDC members here have received a draft code of practice for them. Some members are unhappy that the draft included a provision saying that members will be accountable to the state and the people.
