(report) The Oriental Daily news: The seven BLDC members who are also Legco Unofficials are faced with the question of whether they should be accountable to China or to HK. A source said visiting Chinese official Lu Ping has issued to BLDC members in HK a discussion paper on a code of conduct for them. Article 7 of the draft code said BLDC members should be accountable to China and to the people of China.
