BLDC member Szeto Wah: The second BLDC meeting which will be held in Peking in April will discuss the structure of
the Basic Law, the formation of special
groups under the BLDC and the code of practice for members of the drafting panel. He has also proposed a review of the panel's work since its formation.
BLCC member Man Sai-cheong: The Basic Law must clearly spell out the relationship between the HK SAR and the Central People's Government and include a Bill of right to ensure that residents' rights will be duly protected.
