(a) by deleting "Urban Areas" wherever it occurs and substituting the

(b) by deleting "New Territories (excluding New Kowloon)" wherever it occurs
and substituting the following-
"Regional Council Area".
28. The Sixth Schedule to the principal Ordinance is deleted and replaced by the following-
