Urban Council (Amendment) Bill 1986
Sir,
I wish to thank Mr. Cheong-Leen again for his
support on the Urban Council (Amendment) Bill 1986.

The Bill will enable the two Councils to
cooperate in providing a full service to the people of
Hong Kong. I agree with Mr. Cheong-Leen that this
arrangement is highly desirable in terms of cost
effectiveness.
