Urban Council in the nature and province of their work. This

will contribute greatly to helping those people whom the Regional

Council will serve

group of new members will be joining the Regional Council in the forthcoming April. They need to understand clearly the objects

of the Council's service as well as the nature of its work before

they can properly discharge their duties as Members of the

Regional Council. To change the name

those new members. Finally, since the change of

the Regional Council's Chinese title

better reflect the resemblance between its nature of

that of the Urban Council, the relationship between the two

Councils would thus become closer and they would, in the days to

come, work hand in hand to provide satisfactory services and

facilities to the residents of Hong Kong,
