That the Criminal Appeal (Amendment) Rules 1985, made by
the Chief Justice on 26 November 1985, be approved.

The Attorney General addressed the Council and moved the
following motion:-
That section 18(3) and Parts VIIA and VIIB of the Immigration
Ordinance shall expire on 31 December 1986.
