He might be interested to know that the managing director of the

market leader in Hong Kong, that is the Shell Company, was out of

Hong Kong when the Budget speech was made. He returned on the

Thursday evening and there was a decrease in the price of petroleum

by 4 pm on the Friday afternoon.
