BUILDING (STANDARDS OF SANITARY FITMENTS

PLUMBING, DRAINAGE WORKS AND LATRINES) ( AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1986

Made by the Governor in Council

under section 38

Citation and commencement.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Building

(Standards of Sanitary Fitments, Plumbing, Drainage Works

and Latrines) (Amendment) Regulations 1986 and shall come

into operation on 2 January 1987.

Amendment of regulation 34. (Cap. 123, sub. leg.)

2. Regulation 34(2) of the principal regulations is

amended by deleting " asbestos cement".

Amendment of regulation 91.

3. Regulation 91 of the principal regulations is

amended by deleting ", with the consent of the Water

Authority granted under regulation 18 of the Waterworks

Regulations,
