Part of the proponed works is to build a single carriageway from Ewong Fai Cirenit to Yiu Wing Lane (as delineated red on the attached plan) in front of Cheong Wai
If this section of road which has hitherto Mansion at 39A Kwong Fai circuit.
been used as a footpath is open to traffic, its steep gradient will pose great danger to pedestrians. Being the only access to Cheong Yang and Cheong Wai Eansions, this footpath is used by a great number of children and pedestrians every day. The proposed carriageway will cause inconvenience to them and will
endanger their lives.

The owners and occupants of the two above-immed strongly object to the execution of the works. Is there any other alternative to what you have proposed? If the answer is in the negative, we hope that at least, zebra-crossings could be provided in front of our buildings no that residents can cross the road safely.
