Dear Sir,

It has come to my notice that your Dept. is going to construct

a flyover at Kwai Chung Road/Castle Peak Road. I hope thare will be a goods vehicle loading/unloading point between 472 and 482, Castle Peak Roal for resident's conveniencì. The flyover should have good appearance and should not affect "Fung Shui" and popular to the pedestrains. Your Dept. should condider the above in exchange for our not objecting to the works
