PUBLIC HEALTH (ANIMALS) (BOARDING ESTABLISHMENT)

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1986

Made by the Governor in Council under section 3

Citation and commencement.

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Public Health

(Animals) (Boarding Establishment) (Amendment) Regulations 1986

and shall come into operation on 1 January 1987.

Amendment of regulation 5. (Cap. 139,

Regulation 5(5) of the principal regulations is

sub. leg.)

(a) by deleting "500 dollars" and substituting the

following

"$1,200"; and

(b) by deleting "250 dollars" and substituting the

following
