DAIRIES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1986

Made by the Governor in Council under section 3

Citation and

commencement.

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Dairies

(Amendment) Regulations 1986 and shall come into operation

on 1 January 1987.

Amendment of regulation 8. (Cap. 139,

sub. leg.)

2. Regulation 8(3) of the principal regulations is

amended

(a)

by deleting sub-paragraph (a) and substituting

the following

"(a) $1,000; or"; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (b) by deleting "twelve dollars"

and substituting the following
