Introduction

The purpose of this memorandum is to seek Members' advice on whether under section 3 of the Public Health (Animals and Birds) Ordinance (Chapter 139), the Regulations as set out at the Annex should be made so as fees for licences issued under the subsidiary the Ordinance with effect from 1 January 1987.
