HONG KONG AIRPORT (CONTROL OF OBSTRUCTIONS) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1986
Made by the Governor in Council under section 3
Citation and
commencement.
1.
This order may be cited as the Hong Kong Airport
(Control of Obstructions) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order
1986 and shall come into operation on 1 December 1986.
Amendment of paragraph 2. (Cap. 301, sub. leg.
2. Paragraph 2 of the principal order is amended
by deleting "numbered LM/144 to LM/152 inclusive".
Deletion and replacement of paragraph 3.
3. Paragraph 3 of the principal order is deleted
and replaced by the following
"Prescribed areas and restriction
of heights
of buildings.

3. (1) The areas of Hong Kong
delineated and described on plans numbered
LM/144 to LM/152 inclusive (hereinafter
referred to as the old plans) and plans
numbered CO0/11 and CO0/111 to CO0/114
inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the
new plans) signed by the Clerk of Councils
and deposited at the Land Office shall be
prescribed areas within the meaning of
section 3(1)(b) of the Hong Kong Airport
(Control of Obstructions) Ordinance.
