It has come to the notice of the Urban Council that, in contra- vention of Hawker By-laws 1972, By-law 38, you have not been operating your allocated pitch personally for a long period and have failed to start operation after due warning.
Consequently, and in accordance with the power vested in it under Section 125 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, Cap. 132, the Urban Council has decided with immediate effect to cancel your licence, and you are required to surrender the said licence to the Hawker Records Office (Kowloon) at Sai Yee Street within thirty days of receipt of this letter.

If you are dissatisfied with the Council's decision, you may, within 7 days from the date of this letter, apply in writing to the Council for a review of its decision, in accordance with Section 125(9) (a) of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, Chapter 132.
