Dear Sir,

The stall operated by me at Fixed Pitch No. 38, Mut Wah Street hawking area (sic) was cancelled. I have learnt from the letter dated 23 July 1986 from MAK Sik-yan, the Assistant Secretary of Urban Council, that my application was rejected and that I may appeal to you if I am dissatisfied with the decision. Since my children are all very young and they are still attending schools, and my 7-member family all rely on the stall to support our livelihood, I should be grateful if you could sympathize with us and give me back the abovementioned stall so that I could carry on my business there and my family would not be driven to desparation.
