(p) either alone or jointly with others, mount

or present any exhibition or dramatic, musical,

dance or film production;

(a) provide financial assistance, by way of grant

or loan, in pursuance of its objects.

PART III

Establishment of the Board.

THE BOARD

8.

(1) There is hereby established a Board

to be known as the Board of Governors of the Hong Kong

Arts Centre.

(2) The Board shall be the governing and executive

body of the Centre and, as such, may exercise all the

powers conferred and shall perform all the duties imposed

on the Centre by this Ordinance.

Membership of the Board.

9. (1) The Board shall consist of not more than

15 members.
