(ā) To identify areas of alleged activity
by gangs including triads;
(b)
to ascertain their involvement in organised crime;
(c)
to determine the overall strategy to counter such activities;
(d)
to review existing legislation and legal procedures;
(e)
to co-ordinate the implementation of the strategy determined upon;
(f) to monitor the effectiveness of
counter measures; and
(g)
to report to the Fight Crime Committee.
