9.2 If any Member during service with the University shall become bankrupt, insolvent or insane or, in the absolute opinion of the Council, so financially embar- rassed that his entitlement pursuant to the these Regulations may be liable to be attached for, the benefit of his creditors if any Member shall pur- port to alienate or charge his entitlements or any part thereof which would, but for this Clause, become vested in or payable to any other person or persons, then upon the happening of any such event the Member shall thereupon cease to be a Member of the Scheme and all the entitlement of such Member shall immediately upon the happening of any such event be automatically forfeited to the Council which shall at any time after such Member would otherwise have been antitled to benefit under the provisions hereof apply the same for the benefit of such Member or his Dependents ог partially to one or more of such parsons and partially to another or others in the absolute and uncontrolled discretion of the Council.

TRANSFERS FRON AND TO OTHER SCHEMES
12.1 The Council may accept any
Ог sums paid into the Scheme Fund in respect of any new Member of the Scheme who, prior to his Membership, was a Nember of one of the Original Schemes and has applied to become a member of the Scheme pursuant to the provisions of Clause 3.1(a) above.
