(g) whether

Governor
should continue as
President of the Legislative Council;
(h) whether the Council should choose a President
from among its non-official membership.

These are set out in paragraph 5 above, and are of less significance than the principal items which must be
included in
in the Green Paper. They are administrative in nature, except for the possible reduction of the voting age,
on which there is no strong expression of opinion at
present.
