It would also, I believe, be useful for Miss Blayney to visit Hong Kong to see at first hand existing public records in Hong Kong. If you think this would be a good idea, we could make the necessary arrangements for such a visit. The Hong Kong Government would be able to meet the cost of the air fares for Miss Blayney if you could meet the cost of subsistence.
