BANKRUPTCY (AMENDMENT)

Section 112A(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) by deleting "$10,000" and substituting the following---

"$200,000";

(b) by inserting before sub-paragraph (i) the following-

Ord. No. 26/85

"(ia) the Official Receiver may dispense with the summoning of the first meeting of creditors required under section 17, and instead apply to the court for an order adjudging the debtor bankrupt;".
