(b) in subsection (6) by deleting "The" and

substituting the following

"Without prejudice to subsection (6A);

the"; and

(c) by inserting after subsection (6) the following

(Cap. 221.)

"(6A) Where pursuant to this

section a magistrate declares or orders

the forfeiture of a recognizance, such

declaration or order may, on the application

of the Commissioner, be registered in the

High Court or a District Court, and thereupon the provisions of sections 110, 111, 112, 113 and 114 (which relate to the enforcement of recognizances) of the

Criminal Procedure Ordinance shall apply

to and in relation to recognizances under

this section.".

Amendment of section 21 A.

12.

Section 21 A(1) of the principal Ordinance is

amended by deleting "section 10" and substituting the

following

"this Ordinance".
