(4) The holder of a travel document

returned under subsection (2) may at any

time make written application to the

Commissioner to revoke or vary any condition

specified in a notice under that subsection.

(5) The Commissioner, upon receipt

of an application under subsection (4), may

revoke, 'vary or confirm any condition:

specified in the notice under subsection (2),

or may add or substitute any new condition,

and shall, in writing, inform the holder

of the travel document of his decision.

(6) The holder of a travel document

may appeal to a magistrate against a decision

of the Commissioner under subsection (5)

within 14 days of being informed of the

decision.

(7) A magistrate may, upon hearing an

appeal under subsection (6), reverse, vary

or confirm the decision of the Commissioner

under subsection (5).
