Well, the United States is the leader and the United States has donc 50%, together with Ottawa and Canberra, Canada and Australia and so on, they have donc a good part and the majority has gone to those countries as everybody knows. But the United States cannot be alone with it and therefore an initiative from other big countries like the United Kingdom, France and so on, would be helpful to inspire the resettlement countries to go on.

China has done marvellous job,
because they have received 280,000 more than a quarter of a
million refugees. The situation is a little different because they are more or less a country of first asylum, they came from Vietnam to China, they were kindly received, they are settled and they are given good conditions. Last week I went and saw different camps where I met the refugees, but I don't think they can absorb (with some exceptions), but by end large, they owmot
absorb people from Hong Kong, First of all, I don't think the refugees will ask to go there, they ask to go other places and
