On page
Irene Khan (UNHCR) asked for a correction to be made to these minutes. 4, section 5, she said that UNHCR emergency fund was designed to last from September 1984 to December 1984, not "to September 1985" as stated in the minutes.
The Chairman then signed the minutes, with this correction, as a correct record.
MATTERS ARISING
3.1 Biharis in Bangladesh
The Chairman reported that the arrangements for the transfer of Biharis from Bangladesh was proceeding slowly. There had been a slight delay due to elections in Pakistan and the formation of a new government. He was expecting
