You will be interested to see the attached record of Brian Adams' informal discussion with Mrs Lasan on her recent visit to Geneva: the pieces on Jubilee, resettlement, staffing may be of particular interest.

On the question of arrivals, I have suggested to Brian on the telephone that the reduction in northerners may well reflect new and tougher controls in the north rather than other factors but my knowledge of the current picture may already be sadly out of date!
