Distinguished delegates,
Evidently, the conclusions we have reached at this meeting cannot be the end of our efforts. We will now have to see to it that these conclusions
are fully implemented through the United Nations machinery. And it is my intention to present to the next General Assembly a comprehensive report on the situation and the implementation of the action plan. liay I again express my gratitude to you for your spirits co-operation which enabled us to achieve this result. I am confident that we have laid the foundation for the solution of one of the most tragic experiences which the world has faced.
