CCSDPT Ms Rebecca Parks

Ms Parks requested all Committee members suggestions to the CCSDPT Secretariat on what format they wish the 1985 Annual Conference to take and what subjects they would like to see discussed. She noted that 1985 is the tenth year of CCSDPT operation.
The CCSDPT Chairman mentioned that she, last year's Chairman and the Executive Secretary will be visiting RTG and international organisation offices. The purpose of the visit is for Mr Andrew Bishop to say goodbye as the 1984 CCSDPT Chairman, to introduce the new Chairman and to discuss future cooperation between the CCSDPT and the various offices.
Ms Parks announced the departure of Tom Yates, the Director of IRC, for Pakistan and expressed appreciation for his work with CCSDPT. He will be replaced by Mark Gorman. Ms Parks also announced that Bob Medrala, the ARC Medical Coordinator in Phanat Ni khom, will be taking a six month leave from Thailand to start a new ARC program in the Sudan.
There being no further business, the Chairman adjourned the meeting.
