SEXD CRD/FEO Fudiafts from du Eggen please!

I have been contacted by my constituent, The Revd. Oliver Simon of The Viarage, Frodsham, Warrington, Cheshire, WA6 7DU, concerning the problems of the third world. There are two points. in particular which I undertook to raise on his behalf with you, namely grants for overseas students who want to study here, and the question of Vietnamese and Cambodian refugess stuck in Hong Kong. I enclose a copy of a letter from Mr. Simon which outlines his views on these matters and I would be very grateful for any comments you may have which I can pass on to him.

Kindest regards.
