4. On the unaccompanied minors, I said that if a further approach

were made to us, we would of course consider it. But it did seem to me that now was just the wrong time to launch another initiative

of this kind. I was sure that Ministers would want to see how the

family reunion cases would go and the response of other countries before thinking of embarking on further initiatives.
