Seriously concerned about Vietnamese refugee problem in

Hong Kong. Visited camps myself this year and can personally

vouch for reality of problem. Have decided to accept more

refugees to the UK, and to ask for more help from friends and

allies. Embassy have made approach to you (this week), and will

not go into detail. But hope you will look at this carefully.
