VIETNAMESE REFUGEES IN HONG KONG : SCORRI REPORT : BRITISH REFUGEE COUNCIL MEETING, 6 JUNE 1985

1. I attended, as an observer, today's meeting of the Asia Committee of the British Refugee Council, at which SCORRI's recommendations on Vietnamese refugees in Hong Kong were discussed.

2.

Lord Ennals, who chaired the meeting, asked me to convey the following to Mr Luce's office. The Committee wish to send a delegation to put to Mr Luce the BRC's views on SCORRI's recommendations on Vietnamese refugees in Hong Kong, if possible within one week or so.
