HOME AFFAIRS SUB COMMITTEE ON RACE RELATIONS AND IMMIGRATION: EVIDENCE GIVEN ON 4 FEBRUARY
1. I attach a proof copy of the Minutes of Evidence given to the Foreign Affairs Committee on 4 February which the Clerk has now sent for correction.
2. I should be grateful if this could be checked generally for accuracy. I have sent copies to the other witnesses concerned for comment, but overall responsibility for the accuracy of the proof lies with your department.
3. The Clerk asks that alteration be restricted to:
i) the correction of inaccuracies in the printing or reporting of the evidence; or
ii) the correction of matters of fact which do not materially alter the general sense of any answer.
Please do not make minor alterations to the style or grammar of any answer. No Questions should be altered. If you wish to explain or give any information, you may either submit a footnote to the evidence at the appropriate point, or submit a Memorandum.
4.
The corrected proof should be returned to the Clerk by 25 February. May I please therefore have the amended copies back by Friday 22 February so that I may incorporate corrections in a master copy.
