ORDINANCE 1985

This Ordinance amends the Public Finance Ordinance to enable specified public moneys to be paid directly into funds established by resolution of the Legislative Council. The amendment will only apply where the relevant resolution contains express provision specifying the public moneys in question, and is primarily (but not solely) intended to facilitate the financial arrangements required to implement Annex III, paragraph 6, of the Joint Declaration.

2. Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her kajesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
