draft is now with the printers but can be amended. The Secretary of
B State might wish to have another look at the draft over the weekend.

published (17 December). I submit a draft question and answer which
also makes it clear that copies of the Governor's address, the
Financial Secretary's budget speech and half yearly economic review
will be laid in the libraries of both Houses.
