HONG KONG ANNUAL REPORT

You will remember that we discussed the Hong Kong Annual Report some months ago. We hope to publish it as a White Paper in the miscellaneous series and

series and lay it in Parliament in early December. I now understand that we should receive the first draft from Hong Kong on 11 November. We will need to submit this to the Secretary of State but should be able to let you have the copy by 18 November. I would be grateful if you would forewarn the printers.
