The Secretary of State has agreed that the White Paper containing the Annual Report

Annual Report to Parliament should be laid before Parliament and published on Wednesday, 18 December. I would be grateful if you could let me know when we can expect to see the proofs.

I would also be grateful if you could make the following minor changes to the White Paper:

Penultimate sentence of paragraph 10 replace "a preliminary way" by "Parliament".
