I have spoken to HESO who tell me that all Orders Council are published in the "Annual Value of Statutory Instruments". I am not sure that these would be of much interest

to you however as they are only in print back to 1981, and an example price is £120 for Part 3 of the 1981 Volume!

2.

Sue Halls in legal advisers' library has however very kindly agreed to photocopy the relevant orders and explanatory notes if you can provide a list. As you can imagine this is a task that will take some time, the length of which will depend on the number of Orders on your list.
