Price of the BN(O) Passport

A fee will be charged for the BN (O) passport under the
Consular Fees Act 1980 and will be standard for all UK passport
issuing posts around the world, save for variations arising
from rates of currency exchange. The level of the fee has not
yet been decided.

The fee for the BDTC Hong Kong passport in Hong Kong will be levied under the Hong Kong Immigration regulations and
will be set by the Governor in Council. Elsewhere it will be
set under the Consular Fees Act 1980.
Endorsements in the BN(O) Passport

BN (O) passports will be appropriately endorsed to indicate that the holder has a right of abode in Hong Kong. The wording of this endorsement is being discussed with the Chinese Government. [Or BN (O) passports will be endorsed to
