SCANDINAVIAN VISA REQUIREMENTS ON BRITISH DEPENDENT TERRITORIES CITIZENS (BDTC)

1. I attach copies of self explanatory correspondence which we have exchanged with the Embassies at Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm about the possibility of waiving visa requirements on BDTCs. This was initiated by Hong Kong but we hope that all BDTCS will benefit.

You may wish to inform Mr Herdman in Bermuda whose BDTCs have been most vocal in their complaints.
