Visas for France
Kr Portoli, Head of Chancellery of the French Consulate General in Hong Kong, informed ne by telephone today that he has received a telegram from the Ministry of External Relations stating categorically that Hong Kong passport holders do not recuire visas to visit France. He has, however, requested me not to publicize tāās patter because he is awaiting rcassurances that all staff of the Kinistry of Interior Lave been informed of this cecision.
