Visas for France
Kr P.Ortoli, Head of Chancellery of the French Consulate General in Hong Kong, informed me by telephone today that be has received a telegram from the Ministry of External Relations stating categorically that Hong Kong passport holders do not recuire visas to visit France. He has, however, requested ma not to publicize this matter because he 16 awaiting reassurances that all staff of the Ministry of Interior kave been informed of this wcision.
